What makes Our Place cookware non-toxic?

Our products are designed with your health in mind. We use a proprietary ceramic non-stick coating that is free from potentially harmful materials like PFOA, PTFE, other PFAS, lead, and cadmium.

How should I clean and care for my Always Pan?

To preserve the non-stick surface, we recommend hand-washing with a soft sponge and mild dish soap. Avoid using metal utensils or abrasive scrubbers, and try to cook on low to medium heat.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day trial period. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the items are in their original packaging.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and select countries in the EU. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location.

Is the cookware compatible with induction stovetops?

Yes, our Always Pan and Perfect Pot are designed with a built-in stainless steel induction plate, making them compatible with all cooktops, including induction, gas, and electric.

Can I use your products in the oven?

Our newer models, such as the Always Pan 2.0, are oven-safe up to 450°F. Please check the specific product description for heat ratings before placing your cookware in the oven.
